Nantong's Seyuan Garden will host the 2026 Autumn Chrysanthemum Festival from Oct 30 to Nov 30, inviting visitors to enjoy a month-long celebration of seasonal flowers, cultural activities, local food and market shopping.
The event will transform the historic garden into a vibrant autumn landscape, featuring 8,520 square meters of floral displays, six themed chrysanthemum attractions and around 200 pots of specially cultivated chrysanthemum varieties.
Set against Seyuan Garden's century-old woodland, the exhibition will follow a main sightseeing route stretching about 1 kilometer, with two circular trails offering distinct experiences.

The northern loop will use mist effects and reflections to create an atmospheric landscape inspired by the rivers and waterways of the Yangtze River Delta region.
The southern loop will focus on a curated chrysanthemum exhibition at the garden's pavilion. Around 200 pots of distinctive chrysanthemum varieties will be displayed alongside landscaped flower beds and lawns.
Beyond the floral displays, five themed experience areas — Flowers, Harvest, Flavors, Heritage and Leisure — will feature more than 50 market stalls. Visitors can browse fresh flowers and seasonal produce, sample local delicacies, explore handmade crafts and enjoy cultural performances and other activities.
