Enhron makes progress in key technology for fresh air conditioners
Nantong Enhron Central Air-Conditioning Co Ltd, located in the Chongchuan Economic Development Zone, has made signficant progress in innovative development in recent years.
The company has recently developed a new type of energy-efficient air conditioner and broke the monopoly held by foreign enterprises.
According to the company, this new type of air conditioner can release condensed water generated by normal refrigeration and heating through absorption, which can save energy and automatically adjust indoor temperature and humidity.
This technology was previously monopolized by a Japanese brand, which was unwilling to share the technology with Chinese and European markets.
The contradiction between energy efficiency and dehumidification capacity has always been a technical difficulty of fresh air conditioners, according to Gu Zhijun, director of the company's production department.
He said that the technical breakthrough in this respect will advance the industrial development of the domestic market.
Zeng Haixian, general manager of the company, said that Enhron has been focusing on technical innovation and spends eight to nine percent of its sales on R&D every year.
