An investment promotion ceremony was held on July 9 for Jinsha Xintiandi and the Golden Beach, which are key livelihood projects of Tongzhou district and serve as catalysts for the urban prosperity of Jinsha sub-district.

The event drew more than 80 brands, with over 30 signing agreements on the day, spanning retail, dining, cinema, and more.

Located in the Yinhe New Area, Jinsha Xintiandi covers a floor area of about 45,000 square meters and is the only large-scale comprehensive shopping center in the area.

As a one-stop family-oriented hub, it offers everything from premium supermarkets and daily retail to kid-friendly fun, convenience services, and fine dining, catering to the needs of visitors of all ages, any time of day.

The Golden Beach, located in the Nanhu Lake's residential area, boasts approximately 5,000 mu (about 330 hectares) of ecological wetland scenery. It comprises 11 detached buildings in a European style, complemented by open waterfront walkways and outdoor leisure spaces. It is set to become a lakeside landmark for sightseeing, social gathering, and recreational activities.

Construction is now in full swing at Jinsha Xintiandi, while the Golden Beach is scheduled to break ground in August 2026. Both projects are on track for a simultaneous grand opening on Jan 1, 2027.
