With the vibrant summer foliage creating a lush canopy, this season presents a perfect opportunity to explore the scenic pathways of Nantong. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the captivating beauty of their surroundings and experience the enchanting allure this time of year has to offer.

Yuantuojiao Jianghai Cultural Scenic Avenue in Qidong

Location: Yuantuojiao Tourist Resort

This avenue stretches 18 kilometers along the Yangtze River and the Yellow Sea, connecting the Yuantuojiao Tourist Resort. Along the route, visitors can explore three major scenic spots: Bihai Yinsha Scenic Area (Blue Sea and Silver Sands Scenic Area), Golden Beach, and the Tulip Sea. The avenue is equipped with viewing platforms, tourist stations, a 4.5-km rainbow-colored running track, and an 18-km rainbow-colored trail, offering diverse experiences for all.

Haohe River Scenic Footpath in Chongchuan district

Location: Haohe River Scenic Area

The waterfront promenade stretches approximately 18 km and includes three pedestrian bridges and a 1,098-meter waterside boardwalk. It connects various cultural attractions within the scenic area, highlighting the development of China's first modern city and the blend of ancient charm and contemporary style in a city dubbed the Chinese Hometown of Museums.

Kaisha Island Scenic Path in Tongzhou district

Location: Wujie town

The Kaisha Island Scenic Path extends 4.8 km, offering visitors lush greenery and sweeping views of the Yangtze River. With well-planned pedestrian, cycling, and dual carriageways, along with new stations and pavilions, the path provides a picturesque riverside setting perfect for leisure activities.

Qinglong Port Scenic Path in Haimen district

Location: Sanchang subdistrict

Centered around the Qinglong Port 1806 Scenic Area, the Qinglong Port Riverside Scenic Path is approximately 3 km long. Bordered by green spaces to the north and offering stunning views of the Yangtze River to the south, the path has seen ecological enhancements that attract flocks of migratory birds and lively fish, creating a delightful scene.
