Four companies from Tongzhou district, Nantong, have been shortlisted for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's 2025 National Green Factory list, accounting for 18.2 percent of the city's total, highlighting Tongzhou's progress in green industrial transformation.

The four enterprises are Jiangsu Hongde Special Parts Co, Nantong Guoxuan New Energy Technology Co, Nantong Xiangyu Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Co, and Nantong AlphaESS Co.

As green factories play an important role in driving regional industrial transformation, Tongzhou has guided enterprises to improve their energy efficiency and upgrade green manufacturing practices. This national-level recognition affirms the district's efforts and provides strong momentum for its high-quality development.
