The sixth edition of the Eastern China Furniture Fair was held in Hai'an, a county-level city in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, local media reported.

The fair aims to promote the influence of the furniture industry in Hai'an.

In addition, the fourth Purchasing Exhibition for Raw Materials and Mechanical Equipment in Furniture Manufacturing was held alongside the furniture fair.

More than 200 brands showcased their products at the main venue of the exhibition.

Modern furniture is one of the top 10 industries in Hai'an.

The county has formed an industrial cluster with more than 500 enterprises involved in furniture production and over 50,000 people involved in the industry.

In 2021, Hai'an made the list of advanced units in building China's industrial furniture cluster.
