The opening ceremony of the fifth edition of the 2022 Rudong Xiaoyangkou Tourism Season themed "Sea and Hot Springs" kicked off in Nantong Binjiang Park, East China's Jiangsu province, on Nov 12, local media reported.

The tourism season in Rudong features a series of activities about the sea and hot springs and is one of the events aimed at promoting local culture and tourism in the Xiaoyangkou area.

During the opening ceremony, the organizer provided the audience with coupons for Xiaoyangkou Resort and experience vouchers for Linkspring Fun World.

Every Monday and Wednesday from Nov 12 to Nov 30, residents in Nantong can experience the hot springs in Linkspring Fun World for free, according to the organizer of the event.

The activities of the tourism season in Rudong will run until late December.

The 2022 Xiaoyangkou Creative Design Contest themed on hot springs will also run alongside the tourism season till the end of December. Participants can win prizes of up to 3,000 yuan ($425).
