Jiangsu Jinda Packaging Material Technology Co Ltd is a high-tech enterprise moving from Shanghai to Hai'an, a county-level city administered by Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province.

In the first nine months, it has invoiced sales of 500 million yuan ($75.6 million), which strengthened its confidence in taking root in the city.

At present, it has an environmentally friendly thermal material coating project under construction. Invested with one billion yuan, the project is expected to have an annual output of 60,000 tons.

In a manufacturing shop of Jinda Packaging, a new ultra-large integrated coating production line imported from Germany is in operation with greatly improved production efficiency. It only needs six operators and can output 280 meters of coating with a width of 1.6 m per minute, while the old equipment produced just 90 m of coating with a width of 1.09 m per minute.

"Now, we only need to put the raw materials into the machine, then the products can be made directly, with better stability," said Chen Jiakun, production manager of Jinda. "The labor costs are cut in half."

The imported production line, worth 120 million yuan, brings high capacity and benefit to the company. Jinda is gradually phasing out ordinary self-adhesive products, and focusing on the research and development of new high-end self-adhesive products. Its sales are expected to exceed 800 million yuan in 2020.
