The block is centered on the Dayoujing commercial area and the sports and exhibition center, covering nine office buildings, several commercial streets and a range of cultural and sports venues.

At the opening event, organizers announced a month of youth-focused activities, offered vouchers for young consumers and long-term benefits, and welcomed the first group of young shop owners. A sports-themed night school for young people opened, offering classes such as swimming, boxing and tennis. Youth communities focused on pets, cycling and cross-cultural exchange also made their debut.

The opening also introduced housing support, a youth station offering short-term stays for young job seekers, public-interest legal services, and a new program for young people to meet and socialize.
