Chongchuan water parks remain open as summer heat lingers
Summer heat lingers, and several water parks in Chongchuan district in Nantong, remain open. Here are four distinctive places to cool off.
Sendi Water Park
A sprawling outdoor water park offering free access to attractions, including wave pools and rainbow slides. Evenings come alive with electronic music performances. Guests can also stop by the adjacent petting zoo for a family-friendly touch.

Nantong Adventure Land Water Park
A climate-controlled indoor water park featuring slides, a water play fortress and a lazy river — offering plenty of fun for both thrill-seekers and families alike.

Haodong Greenbelt
The greenbelt now features a white-sand beach and a shallow wading pool, offering families a free and safe space for young children to play in the sand and water.

Baoyue Lake Water Sports Base
The base offers a 5-km waterway that loops around the lake, alongside 200,000 square meters of open water ideal for paddleboarding and kayaking. As visitors glide along the route, they can spot wild ducks, grebes and egrets.
