Two companies from NHIZ listed as national-level 'little giants'

The sixth batch of national-level "little giants" list was recently announced, with two companies from Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone making the cut.

A "little giant" refers to an innovation-driven small and medium-sized enterprise which possesses core technologies in a niche market and enjoys strong market potential.

One of them, Aptiv Connector Systems (Nantong) Co Ltd, specializes in the field of automotive electronic connectors. The company's leading multi-functional modular safety system wiring harness is a core component of safety airbags, known for its superior performance and reliable quality, holding a leading position in the global niche market.

Shanghai Karlang Nantong Intelligent Equipment Technology Co Ltd is dedicated to researching and producing aluminum alloy automotive components. Its flagship products are made from self-developed lightweight aluminum alloy materials, characterized by their high strength, toughness, and precision. Some of its products are the first of their kind domestically.

Moving forward, NHIZ will continue to enhance guidance and services for small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming to nurture more "little giants".
