A meeting to facilitate communication and promote cooperation between financial institutions and local businesses took place in Rugao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province on April 21.

The meeting is part of the development zone's efforts to establish a platform for banks and local companies to communicate, as well as cooperate in an effective way.

Six banks and two guarantors gave a presentation about several types of credit services fit for different companies, while four representatives of local companies talked about their finance needs at the meeting.

The development zone is also planning to organize a meeting to detail the latest economic policies, as well as a seminar on the integration of research and industries to bolster the growth of local companies and the high-quality development of its economy.
