Rugao Dachang Electronics Co Ltd was established in Rugao city in East China's Jiangsu province in March 1996, with a registered capital of 18 million yuan ($2.63 million) – specializing in the manufacturing of rectifiers, chips, bridge piles and high voltage silicon heap diodes.

Its main customers include Samsung, LG, Toshiba, Panasonic and Canon.

The company adheres to the goals of constant innovation and continuous improvement of technology and has established a sound technology research and development ecosystem.

It has carried out industry-university-research cooperation with Nantong University and Jiangsu University of Technology and has established the Jiangsu (Dachang) Semiconductor Components Engineering Technology Research Center.

In recent years, the company has applied for a total of 125 patents, 78 of which have been granted, including 20 invention patents.
