Chongchuan, the primary urban area in Nantong, has been strategically developing its IoV industry for the past several years. The establishment of the Nantong Digital Transportation Industry Park in 2022 within Chongchuan further propelled the growth and consolidation of the district's IoV industry ecosystem, fostering collaboration among companies along the supply chain.

To better cater to businesses, the park has set up an operational management center and implemented a comprehensive smart service platform. This platform offers a one-stop solution for park enterprises, including services like registration applications, property management, property leasing, and rent reductions.

Moreover, by leveraging resources from JSTI Group's technological innovation service center based in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the park has created a holistic operational ecosystem centered around technology enterprises. This ecosystem provides diversified services such as resources, technology, investment, and think tanks to support companies.

To date, the district has attracted over 40 companies in the IoV industry chain, including Hanrun Technology, which has emerged as a top player in the automotive electronics sector. These companies are involved in areas such as onboard units, roadside units, and chassis control, leading to the development of a range of research achievements and innovative products.

By the end of 2023, the industrial scale in Chongchuan had surpassed 5.5 billion yuan ($760.31 million), with an annual growth rate of over 30 percent in output value.
