Located at Xinsheng Road, Nantong Tongji Science and Technology Park was jointly constructed by Chongchuan district in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province and Tongji University in Shanghai.
Occupying an area of 98 mu (about 6.53 hectares), the park has an overall floorage of 106,000 square meters, 101,000 sq m of which is overground and 5,347 sq m is underground.
Opened on Dec 31, 2019, Nantong Tongji Science and Technology Park focuses on introducing and cultivating enterprises engaging in mechanical and electrical engineering, new energy, information application and other industries.
It also lays emphasis on building itself into a demonstration industrial park of internet of vehicles, introducing projects on internet of vehicles, artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing, and developing solutions on highway transport, urban public transport and urban traffic management.
