Lotus flowers are in full bloom at Nanshanhu Park in Tongzhou district, Nantong, adding a touch of romance and poetic charm to the summer.

Shimmering green lotus leaves blanket the serene lake, while the pink-and-white lotus sea dances in harmony with the lake's rippling waves.

A gentle breeze sets the lotuses swaying, with many passersby stopping to pause and photograph the scene.

Local resident Mr. Xing took advantage of the morning coolness to stroll through the park with his family. "I've noticed a change in the flowers since visiting two days before, when the buds were still small," he said. "Now they've fully bloomed, offering a refreshing coolness."
