On Sept 12, the first batch of 20 talent apartments in the Ruigu Ecological Science and Technology Park, located in the Chongchuan Economic Development Zone, were officially handed over.

Construction has already been completed on over 10 talent apartment buildings, including the Integrated Circuit Industry Park Talent Apartments and Xian'an Apartments, totaling nearly 6,000 sets, with an occupancy rate exceeding 70 percent.

Among them, the Chongchuan Economic Development Zone, Gangzha Economic Development Zone, and Nantong Shibei High-tech Zone have taken the lead in achieving full coverage of talent apartments, with all internal facilities meeting the standards for move-in ready accommodations.

In the future, Chongchuan will further refine the evaluation criteria for talent communities, creating a batch of high-quality talent communities with demonstrative and brand effects, continuously optimizing the talent development ecosystem, and inspiring more young talent to work and start businesses in Chongchuan.
