The inauguration ceremony of the Nantong headquarters of Aochuang Technology was held in the Chongchuan Economic Development Zone (CCEDZ) in Nantong, Jiangsu province on July 28.

Aochuang Technology was established in 2020 by core members of the innovative materials group of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Electric Vehicle Research and Development Center.

The company is dedicated to research and innovation in the field of new energy battery safety protection composite materials and is a leader in battery safety protection. Currently, the company has an annual production capacity of 2 million square meters and collaborates with over 20 new energy battery manufacturers, mainframe factories, and energy storage customer companies. In the first half of this year, the company's outstanding orders exceeded 80 million yuan ($11.05 million).

The establishment of the company's headquarters in Chongchuan not only signifies Aochuang Technology's further layout in the field of new energy battery safety and environmental protection but also serves as an important addition and strong support to the entire new energy industry chain layout in Chongchuan and Nantong.

As one of the three provincial-level development zones in Chongchuan, the Chongchuan Economic Development Zone focuses on strategic emerging industries such as electronic information, the Internet of Vehicles, and new energy.
