Chongchuan secures modern logistics project
The Nantong Yin Xiong modern logistics project was signed into effect and established in Chenqiao sub-district in Chongchuan district, Nantong, Jiangsu province, on Sept 2.
Covering an area of 59 mu (3.93 hectares), the project will include the development of a multi-modal transport hub station and supporting facilities for cargo handling and distribution.
Its primary focus will be providing sea-land intermodal transportation services for large-scale equipment used in wind power, petrochemical industries, bridge construction, and tunneling projects. The logistics hub will have a cargo transport capacity of 1.5 million metric tons, with projected long-term annual revenue reaching as high as 300 million yuan ($42.34 million).
The investor behind the project, Shanghai Yin Xiong International Logistics, was founded in 2018. The company specializes in providing third-party modern logistics and project management services for medium to large-scale manufacturing enterprises, as well as acting as a general contractor for domestic and international logistics. Its core services include sea-land intermodal transportation for major equipment in industries such as wind power, petrochemicals, nuclear power, bridge construction, and regular cargo handling.
In addition, Yin Xiong offers integrated supply chain management solutions, including international freight forwarding, trade agency services, and high-quality sea, land, and air transport. The company also provides professional and safety training, as well as management services for third-party logistics companies engaged in major equipment transportation projects, delivering comprehensive transport solutions to its clients.
