The Wujie town in Tongzhou district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, has been advancing the development of agricultural and tourism brands.

In March, an alliance for promoting agricultural and tourism development was established on Kaisha Island.

Encouraged by the alliance, six agricultural entities engaged in the plantation of grapes, strawberries, and honey peaches have cooperated to organize fruit-picking activities for visitors.

Jiangyun Culture Co Ltd, which is registered in the town, has set up a livestreaming department to promote the marketing of agricultural brands.

In addition, Kaisha Island in the town is also promoting the development of the tourism industry, making it a popular destination for leisure and vacation in the Yangtze River Delta region.

In April, the 2023 Kaisha Island Half Marathon, the only cross-river half-marathon event in China, attracted nearly 10,000 participants from over 20 countries and regions around the world.

This event is part of the annual "Dream Spring" activities in the town, and its brand influence has significantly increased, with video content reaching over 3 million views.

According to local authorities, Kaisha Island attracts over 1.5 million visitors annually for sightseeing, leisure, and tasting local delicacies.
