Rudong, a county in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, announced the opening of the Swarm Rudong Industry and Talent Coordination and Innovation Center on Aug 26.

The new center is a business incubator established by the Rudong Economic Development Zone in cooperation with the Shenzhen Association of Internet of Things and Shenzhen Swarm Industrial Services Group Co Ltd.

The center will take advantage of Shenzhen's advanced industrial service capabilities to provide industrial parks and enterprises in the county with services, including industrial alliance operation, solutions to intelligent reconstruction and digital transformation, and venture capital investment.

It is expected to smooth the channels between Rudong and high-profile talent, capital, technologies, and supply chains.

Dai Mei, president of Swarm, noted that based on the county's competitive industries, including new energy, safety, and health, they will bring in professionals and high-tech projects to Rudong in an effort to promote the transformation and upgrading of its industries.

During the ceremony, experts and entrepreneurs in the Rudong Economic Development Zone also shared their thoughts on energy transition, low-carbon intelligent industrial parks, and green development.
