Jiangsu Dingshang Electronic Materials Co Ltd, based in Hai'an – a county-level city administered by Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province – was listed on the National Equities and Exchange Quotations (NEEQ) on Oct 12.

The number of NEEQ listed companies in Hai'an has now reached 17, leading all other parts of Nantong city.

Dingshang Electronics is an enterprise specializing in the research and development, design, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service of electronic components, cable wires, plastic heat-shrinkable tubing and related products.

In July 2019, Dingshang Electronics signed agreements with Kaiyuan Securities, Zhongxingcai Guanghua Certified Public Accountants LLP and Jinrun Law Firm to start its journey towards listing on NEEQ. In December, it completed shareholding system reform.

Hai'an has attached great importance to the listing of enterprises in recent years. With the government's support, a string of enterprises with superior basic conditions and operation quality and strong innovation capabilities set forth on a journey into capital markets.

In 2020, Hai'an overcame the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, focused on improving its business environment and took multiple measures to solve problems for corporations, further enabling them to go public.
