The Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu province recently released the 2020 Jiangsu Quality Benchmark list. Twenty-five items were recognized as Quality Benchmarks.

The subsidiary brand "Vitality" of Violet Home Textile Technology Co Ltd, a Tongzhou-based enterprise, was included.

Designation of quality benchmarks aims to give full play to leading companies and promote advanced quality management methods. It also boosts the high-quality development of Jiangsu's manufacturing industry.

To date, Jiangsu province has cultivated 17 national quality benchmarks and 71 provincial ones. In addition to Violet Home Textile, another Nantong company, Jiangsu Youjia Plant Protection Co Ltd, was included in the quality benchmark list in 2018.

Founded in 1995 as a family workshop, Violet Home Textile developed into one of China's top 10 major textile brands and a leading domestic company with a brand value of over 5.2 billion yuan ($760 million) by deepening brand construction and improving quality management.

The selected sub-brand "Vitality" has been in development since 2010. Violet Home Textile, together with Nantong University, Soochow University and Donghua University, cooperated with the Chinese Academy of Engineering to set up an academician workstation that conducts in-depth research on functional home textiles and healthy sleep.
