A total of 602 students returned to the Hai'an branch campus of Nantong Polytechnic College on April 16, from their hometowns of Kunming, Taiyuan, Xuzhou and Xi'an.

The college had given Hai'an East Bus Station detailed information about the students' return from outside cities in advance. Six buses were dispatched to retrieve students from the railway station.

All the buses were first disinfected. Drivers were also given training on prevention measures in an effort to protect students from virus infection.
