TUV Rheinland to establish service center in NETDA

Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) signed a project agreement with TUV Rheinland on Feb 4, marking the official establishment of this world-leading inspection, testing and certification institution in the area. 

TUV Rheinland was founded in 1872 and is headquartered in Cologne, Germany. Its business portfolio covers eight major sectors, including industry, energy, and electronics and electrical engineering. The group operates over 500 branches and 241 international laboratories across 56 countries and regions worldwide. 

The newly signed Rheinland Technical (Nantong) Service Center will be located in the Nantong Inspection, Testing and Certification Industrial Park. It will focus on meeting the development needs of enterprises in Nantong and the Yangtze River Delta region, and providing professional and efficient inspection, testing and certification services. 

It is also expected to precisely address the compliance requirements of regional enterprises for overseas expansion, support local companies in achieving green transformation and quality upgrades, and further enhance the region's high-end inspection, testing and certification service capabilities.
