Evergrande Hot Spring Town is located to the north of Evergrande Venice. It covers more than 13 hectares and a planned building area of 43,000 square meters.

With an investment of more than 150 million yuan ($21.2 million), the hot spring town features five different styles of hot spring venues – Thai, Japanese, Turkish, Finnish and Italian – as well as supporting buildings such as a hot spring villa and a children's amusement park.

With 3,200 square meters of natural underground hot springs in the hot spring town, visitors can experience a one-stop Thai style bath, a Japanese cherry blossom bath, a Finnish ice and fire bath, a Turkish soil bath and an Italian style bath.
