Located in the shallow coastal waters near Yangkou Port, the Jinniu Terminal is set to feature 13 berths, each capable of accommodating 50,000-metric-ton vessels, and a matching 50,000-ton navigational channel. The terminal will serve the region's port-related industries, supporting Yangkou Port's growth in the new equipment, energy, and materials sectors.

Phase one of the project will include two general berths and one multipurpose berth, with an annual handling capacity of 4.08 million tons. Construction on the W1 berth is 98 percent complete, while the remaining berths, N1 and N2, which will support key local industries, are scheduled to be operational by August 2025.
