Yangkou Port passes public health management evaluation

From July 31 to Aug 1, Nanjing Customs conducted a thorough evaluation of the public health management capabilities of Yangkou Port in Rudong county. The assessment involved report reviews, document audits, and on-site inspections, and the port passed with outstanding results.
During the evaluation, Qin Xinjian, deputy director of the port office of the Rudong commerce bureau, presented a detailed report on the port's public health command system, emergency response, management operations, and control effectiveness.
The assessment team visited various facilities on Yangguang Island at the port, including the dock's water supply system, waste transfer station, medical clinic, and fumigation room, to ensure they were up to standard.
Yangkou Port's successful evaluation underscores its strong public health management and preparedness capabilities, reflecting its commitment to maintaining high standards in port operations and public health and safety.
