Investors set sights on Rudong's Yangkou Port for growth potential

On May 21, representatives from Nantong's listed companies and investment institutions visited Yangkou Port in Rudong county, Nantong to better integrate into the region's high-quality industrial development.
Along with the representatives, executives from new materials and new energy companies in Yangkou Port toured Yangguang Island, the Tongkun polyester project, and Asia Pulp & Paper's Rudong Base. They witnessed Rudong's thriving industries and learned about the investment environment of the Yangkou Port Economic Development Zone.

Jiangsu Weiming New Materials at Yangkou Port aims to build a world-class production base for high-end nylon, fine chemicals, and electronic-grade chemicals. The first phase of the base is already operational.
"We are currently seeking equity investment for the second phase," said Yu Cehui, the company's chief financial officer. "Participating in this event has broadened our access to the capital market, allowing more potential investors to learn about our company."
