China Huadian Rudong New Energy Co Ltd. invested 240 million yuan ($36 million) in this project, which will cover 55.45 hectares. Phase 1 cost 160 million yuan and covers 45.5 hectares and involves the construction of a 20-mW photovoltaic power generation project. Phase 2 requires investment of 80 million yuan, will cover 9.7 hectares involve the building of a 10-mW photovoltaic power generation project.
