NETDA propels high-quality industrial tourism growth

The opening ceremony of the ‌Seventh Chinese Lingzhi Cultural Festival‌ and the ‌2025 Nantong Industrial Tourism Promotion Season‌ commenced on July 6 at the Alphay Bio-tech Park in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA).

Lingzhi is a medicinal mushroom renowned for its immune-boosting and antioxidant properties.

This year's festival adopts a ‌"cultural experiences + cultural-tourism integration + cultural innovation empowerment" approach‌, crafting rich cultural tours centered on Lingzhi themes, creative markets, and immersive tourism spaces for visitors.

The specialty products fair at the event featured distinctive products spanning ‌food, home furnishings, apparel, and intangible cultural heritage items‌, showcasing the unique charm born from the fusion of industry and culture.

Additionally, to deepen the achievements of ‌Jiangsu-Shaanxi cooperation‌, representatives from ‌Chenggu and Liuba counties in Hanzhong, Shaanxi province,‌ promoted local tourism attractions during the event, inviting attendees to explore the mystical landscapes of the Qinling Mountains and the vibrant vitality of the Bashan Mountains.

In the future, NETDA will strengthen efforts to integrate regional resources, support enterprises in developing premium cultural tourism routes, and strengthen policy and financial support to propel high-quality industrial tourism growth citywide.
