NETDA launches talent night market

An innovative talent night market lit up the summer night in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) on the evening of June 18, offering residents a brand-new job-seeking experience.

This event attracted 44 high-quality enterprises spanning sectors such as advanced manufacturing, information technology, and modern services, offering over 1,200 job openings. Online recruitment initiatives were boosted at the same time.

To enhance service quality, a dedicated job seeker support station was established on-site, offering one-stop services that include social security policy consultations and entrepreneurship subsidy guidance.

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology stood out as a highlight. AI resume analysis helped job seekers identify their strengths and weaknesses, while AI mock interviews provided realistic practice sessions.

By utilizing the bustling nighttime crowds of commercial complexes, the talent market enabled job seekers to inquire about positions and submit resumes while enjoying the night market atmosphere.

Looking ahead, NETDA will continue to innovate its service model. By integrating local specialty industries and traditional culture, it aims to introduce more initiatives benefiting both job seekers and enterprises.
