Luohuaxin initiates supply chain collaboration in display technology

Luohuaxin Display Technology Development (Jiangsu) Co, a rising star in Nantong's display screen sector, has demonstrated how new quality productive forces can transform traditional manufacturing through innovative industry chain optimization strategies.

Located in Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA), the company has partnered with a domestic television manufacturing company. Under a recently-signed agreement, the client will adopt Luohuaxin's proprietary display technologies for trial production in June, with mass production scheduled for September—projected to quadruple output capacity.

Basing on its proprietary technological advantages, Luohuaxin initiated an innovative supply chain collaboration program in 2024. This vertically integrated R&D ecosystem brings together upstream and downstream companies to collectively address industry challenges through shared innovation.

By participating in Luohuaxin's collaborative R&D projects, chip suppliers have avoided significant ineffective investments, shortened their R&D cycles by approximately 30 percent, and reduced R&D costs by at least 40 percent.

Next, the company aims to expand the application fields of its industry chain. Beyond existing sectors like automobiles and medical equipment, it will focus on emerging areas such as smart wearables, virtual reality, and smart homes. Luohuaxin plans to co-develop display products suitable for these fields with upstream and downstream partners, opening up new market space and injecting new momentum into the sustained development of the industrial chain.
