NETDA holds promotional event in Shanghai
A green energy industry investment conference was held by the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) in East China's Jiangsu province and the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Ministry of commerce in Shanghai on Nov 6.
The conference, an important part of the 5th China International Import Expo (CIIE), was aimed at incentivizing multinational corporations and domestic industry-leading enterprises to invest in NETDA's new energy industry.
Representatives of more than 40 major new energy enterprises from home and abroad attended the conference.
Yu Guangsheng, deputy director of the Investment Promotion Bureau, outlined China's opening-up policies and its efforts to advance the development of the green energy industry.
Wang Wenxian, deputy director of NETDA's administrative committee, noted that the area has in recent years been making efforts to optimize its business environment and he hopes that more new energy enterprises will launch projects in NETDA.
A representative said that the event gave him a better understanding of NETDA's business environment and expressed his desire to conduct a field survey and establish projects in the near future.
