Nantong Jianjia Rehabilitation Hospital in Chongchuan district, Nantong, has recently begun trial operations.
With over 100 million yuan ($14.04 million) invested, the hospital functions as a Grade II specialized rehabilitation center, applying both traditional and modern techniques to provide scientific and efficient recovery services.
It offers services in neurological, exercise, geriatric, and pain rehabilitation, among others. The hospital currently has 11 senior experts and 326 planned beds, with 192 available in this phase.
The 2,000-square-meter rehabilitation center within the hospital is equipped with 11 smart training devices and offers Chinese-Western therapies like acupuncture and tuina (a type of massage). The hospital also has Nantong's largest hyperbaric oxygen chamber, which can treat 34 patients at once, along with a 58-bed intensive care unit for critical cases.
Developed by Jianjia Healthcare, which runs 25 rehabilitation hospitals across China, the Nantong facility signifies a key milestone in the company's growth in the Yangtze River Delta region. The hospital is dedicated to serving Nantong's aging population with expert, modern rehabilitative care.
