AlphaESS secures dual honors for digital eco-park in Jiangsu

At the recent Jiangsu Digital Society Promotion Conference in Suzhou, AlphaESS, a leading energy storage solutions provider headquartered in Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (NHIZ), received provincial recognition for its innovative "Digital Eco-Park — Green Low-Carbon Intelligent Factory" initiative.
The company earned both a 2024 Jiangsu Major Scenario Project for Digital Society and an Outstanding Development Unit honors, highlighting its contribution to advancing sustainable digital transformation.
The groundbreaking project leverages energy Internet of Things technology to integrate and analyze operational data from diverse energy assets within industrial parks, including smart meters, energy storage systems, photovoltaic arrays, and electric vehicle charging stations. By combining artificial intelligence and big data analytics, the platform enables intelligent, real-time optimization of energy flows.
The implementation of the project not only enhances the efficiency and benefits of collaborative optimization within the park but also integrates multiple corporate energy projects to coordinate with the regional power grid.
Founded in 2012 in Nantong's Tongzhou district, AlphaESS has grown into a global energy storage technology leader. The company began developing its low-carbon park platform in October 2022, with the system becoming fully operational by August 2023.
