Nantong attracts talent in Henan
The Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (NHIZ) recently launched a recruitment tour in Henan province, arranging for local enterprises to participate in recruitment activities at Zhengzhou University, Henan University of Technology, Henan University of Science and Technology, and the Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology.
This hybrid event combined on-site and online formats, focusing on key industries including IC equipment and components, new electronic components, automotive electronics, and photovoltaics & energy storage.
Eleven participating enterprises — including Amphenol and Haohan — offered 598 positions during the recruitment drive, with over 800 students engaging in on-site exchanges and submitting 222 resumes. Simultaneously, the live-streamed recruitment session hosted by the zone's enterprise service center garnered 65,472 online views and received 436 digital resumes.
In recent years, NHIZ has consistently prioritized talent as the core resource for innovation-driven development. By establishing university-enterprise collaboration platforms and providing talent apartments, it has cultivated a robust ecosystem for talent growth.
