The Nantong municipal development and reform commission recently recognized 2020 Nantong star-level theme buildings. Jianghai Dream Valley, located in the Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, was recognized as a four-star theme building in the category of scientific and technological service, one of two buildings in Nantong to receive that star rating.
In recent years, Tongzhou district has gradually formed an office building economic pattern which is distributed along Jinsha sub-district, Nantong high-tech industrial development zone and home textile city.
The office building economy is an emerging economic form. With commercial buildings, functional sectors and regional facilities as the main carrier, it aims to promote regional economic development through developing and leasing office buildings and introducing various enterprises.
