Located in Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Jiangsu Duke New Energy Vehicle Co Ltd was established in 2011. Set up by the National Development and Reform Commission, the new energy vehicle project was reported to the Ministry of Science and Technology and was one of seven major national strategic projects.
The enterprise has many core technologies in auto body lightweight design and production, lithium battery quick charging technology and equipment, providing a foundation for high-strength non-bearing auto bodies and large-capacity, fast charging composite power supply. In April 2015, its EV 3.0 all-electric vehicle ran for 431 kilometers on a 15-minute charge.
