Jianghai Smart Park covers 15.67 hectares and has a gross floor area of 318,000 square meters. As Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone's scientific and technological innovation core area, the park has four platforms, featuring technology research and development, business incubation, science and technology finance, and comprehensive support utilities. In 2017, it was designated as a provincial artificial intelligence science and technology industrial park.
To date, the park has a string of industrial technology research institutes, such as Nantong Textile and Silk Industrial Technology Research Institute, Jiangsu Tongchuang Modern Construction Industrial Technology Institute and Nantong Offshore Design and Research Institute.
Its business incubation service center has set up service windows for project applications, science and technology finance, and human resources and property services. The service center has also introduced 15 science and technology finance and intermediary service agencies.
The park focuses on new generation information technology and has attracted more than 60 companies, such as Jiangsu Huacun Electronic Technology Co Ltd and Alphaforce Technology Inc. Moreover, it offers talent apartments, fitness and leisure centers and staff canteens.
