The Experimental Primary School of Rugao Economic and Technological Development Zone, which was founded in 2010 with an investment of nearly 120 million yuan ($17.36 million), covers an area of 64,800 square meters.
It is located in the city of Rugao, in East China's coastal province of Jiangsu.
The school is well-equipped with a computer, liquid crystal projector and physical display table in all of its classrooms. In addition, various types of facilities – including the library, reading room, laboratory, music room, art room and club activity room – provide all kinds of after-school activities for students.
The school also attaches a great deal of importance to teacher research projects.
Over the past three years, more than 200 papers written by the school teachers have been published and won awards.
