The Rengangwan-Wulonghui area is a key area planned and built by Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province and will become the urban sub-center in the future.
A project, covering more than 45,000 square meters, is located at the south of Jianghai Avenue overpass and east of Wanda Plaza in the Wulonghui area in Gangzha Economic Development Zone.
With investment valued at 2 billion yuan ($310.37 million), the project includes two international brand hotels – a five-star hotel branded by Le Meridien and a four-star hotel branded by Courtyard. In addition to hotels, there will also be a high-end wedding banquet center and high-level residential communities.
Designed with nearly 500 guest rooms, the two starred hotels have started construction.
According to the plan, the project will be completed in 2024 and open in 2025. On the occasion, the business formats in the Wulonghui area will be richer. Local citizens will have more choice in business conference, leisure and consumption.
