Chongchuan adds two provincial time-honored brands
The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce recently released its third batch of recognized time-honored brands in the province. Two enterprises from Chongchuan district in Nantong, respectively Jinghua Pharmaceutical Group Co Ltd and Nantong Wenfeng Hotel, have made it to the list.
So far, Chongchuan has a total of 13 brands recognized as time-honored, including two at the national level, six at the provincial level, and five at the city level.
Jinghua Pharmaceutical Group has a history of over 60 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Over the years, it has evolved into a comprehensive pharmaceutical group engaged in the production, sales, and research and development of concentrated Chinese medicine preparations, Chinese medicinal slices, Western medicine preparations, pharmaceutical intermediates, and chemical raw materials.

The company offers more than 200 varieties of Chinese and Western medicines. Notable traditional Chinese medicine products include the renowned Wang's Baby-Health Pill, Ji Desheng Antivenom Tablets, and Zhengchaihuying Granule. Both the Ji Desheng Antivenom Tablets and Wang's Baby-Health Pill have their production techniques listed as national intangible cultural heritage. The company's "Nantong" brand was recognized as a China time-honored brand on Feb 1.
Nantong Wenfeng Hotel is situated by the Haohe River scenic area. It covers an area of nearly 100,000 square meters and boasts 416 guest rooms and suites, accommodating over 2,000 diners.
The hotel offers comprehensive facilities including an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts, with over 400 parking spaces available. With its elegant and comfortable consumer environment, it stands out as a unique four-star garden-style business hotel in the downtown area of Nantong.
