Chongchuan thrives with advancements in digital transportation
Chongchuan district in Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province has been working to strengthen the industrial chain of digital transportation to step up the sector's high-quality development.
Since Nantong Digital Transportation Industry Park was established in the district in October 2022, a group of leading companies in the sector have successively made it a base for their business development, showcasing a notable agglomeration effect.
In terms of operational mechanisms, the park has pioneered an innovative model for digital utilization in the transportation industry, with operations being spearheaded by the sector's leading enterprises.
"Selecting Chongchuan as the location for our business was mainly influenced by the talent and industrial policies here," said Lyu Ke, general manager of Nantong Zhike Robotics Automation Co.
To serve enterprises well, the park has established an operational management center and a comprehensive smart service platform, offering one-stop services for enterprises in the park.
Earlier this year, the park worked with a local research institute and a vocational college to jointly establish a training base in order to promote the integration of the education, talent, industry, and innovation chains.
"Through university-enterprise cooperation, we aim to cultivate more digital transportation talents and foster the growth of more digital transportation enterprises," said Wu Wenkui, a manager in charge of park operations.
