Ready Well Environmental Technology Nantong in Motou town, Rugao, specializes in manufacturing dust collection systems, with a focus on air flow and gas-solid separation equipment. Backed by the technical expertise of its parent company, Taipei-based Ready Well, it has built its business around the manufacture of cartridge and baghouse dust collectors.
At the heart of the equipment is the filter cartridge, a key component that directly affects filtration accuracy and operating efficiency. According to Lin Fangyu, the company's head for the Chinese mainland market, filter cartridges can be customized with surface treatments such as oil- and water-resistant coatings to meet different needs.
He added that the company's products offer both high filtration efficiency and strong energy-saving performance. For particles larger than 1 micron, the filtration rate is close to 100 percent, while for particles between 0.25 and 1 micron, efficiency can reach as high as 99.99 percent. Compared with similar products, the company's equipment also uses less power to achieve the same results.
Innovation remains central to the company's strategy. It invests 5 percent of its annual revenue in research and development, aiming to continuously improve product performance and upgrade its technologies.
Its products and services are used across dozens of industries, including electronics, chemicals and new energy. In addition to serving customers across China, the company has expanded into overseas markets such as Dubai, Turkiye, Thailand and Malaysia.
According to Wang Yuanzhou, chairman of Ready Well Environmental Technology, the company generated more than 100 million yuan ($14.48 million) in revenue in 2025 and is aiming to double that figure to 200 million yuan in 2026.
