This collection brings together Yan's recent works. They are divided into seven sections, including the Sichuan-Tibet Series, Taihang Mountain Paintings, and a series documenting the urban transformation of Nantong.
The works capture both the memories of Nantong's old downtown and the city's magnificent landscapes, blending the realistic techniques of the Jiangsu School with Impressionist concepts of light and color.
