The Chongchuan Artificial Intelligence Industry Ecosystem Partner Cooperation Forum was held in Shanghai on March 18. 

During the forum, Chongchuan district launched its significant 15th Five-Year plan (2026-2030) for the AI industry and a three-year action plan. 

The focus is on four specific tracks: "AI+Digital Culture", "AI+E-commerce", "AI+Audiovisual" and "AI+Industrial Design". The aim is to achieve an industrial cluster output value of 50 billion yuan ($7.24 billion) by 2030. 

Specialized platforms were also unveiled at the event, establishing a comprehensive industrial support network. 

Additionally, Chongchuan announced the formation of an AI fund matrix during the forum, comprising six sub-funds totaling 2.81 billion yuan, leveraging capital to drive the growth of high-quality projects. 

The event also hosted an award ceremony for the winning projects of Chongchuan's inaugural "AI+" Entrepreneurship Competition. 

Currently, Chongchuan has attracted 41 companies in the AI industry chain, with a core output value of 7.46 billion yuan. Companies like Tsinchuan Intelligent and Zhiwen AI are experiencing strong growth momentum.
