Nantong Forging and Pressing Equipment Rugao has strengthened its position in the high-end manufacturing sector by advancing key technologies and responding closely to market demand, with its products widely used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, nuclear power and shipbuilding.

The company has developed a range of high-precision machines that are sold across China and exported to multiple countries and regions.

Among its flagship products is a large frame-type hydraulic press designed for high precision and efficient operation. The equipment features a fully integrated control system that manages all operations through a single touchscreen interface. Workers can input parameters directly on the screen to adjust production processes.

The company recorded shipment revenue of 380 million yuan ($55.07 million) in 2025. With orders currently totaling about 180 million yuan, its production schedule for the first half of the year is already full.

According to Liu Yunhan, director of the general manager's office, the company invests around 15 million yuan annually in research and development to support ongoing innovation.

The company aims to become the leading manufacturer of forging and pressing machine tools in Jiangsu province and rank among the top three in China, said Liu.
