The second "Overseas Chinese Welcoming Spring Festival" event in Chongchuan district was held at the Nantong Hall of Heroes on Feb 1. 

The district leaders, president of the Australia Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce, representatives from overseas Chinese communities, and family members of overseas Chinese and returned students gathered to celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival. 

At the event, overseas Chinese sent their New Year blessings via video, while Guo Sijin, a young returnee, shared his entrepreneurial journey in Chongchuan, highlighting the contributions and love of the overseas Chinese community for their hometown. 

To share good wishes for Chinese New Year, several calligraphers were writing "Fu" characters on-site. Attendees also visited the New Year painting exhibition at Nantong Hall of Heroes.
