A "Students Visit Chongchuan" (Winter Vacation Special Session) event was launched at the Nantong Digital Cultural Industry Park on Jan 27. 

Nearly 200 teachers and students from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Southeast University and other respected institutes of higher education immersed themselves in experiencing the cultural charm and developmental vitality of Chongchuan district.

The event also launched the Chongchuan Culture & Tourism Exhibition and Sales, which exhibited the district's cultural heritage and unique charm through 12 booths. Intangible cultural heritage techniques such as long-spout teapot tea art and paper-cutting attracted many students to stop by for a visit and benefit from an interactive experience. 

After lunch, the students visited key landmarks like Nantong Museum and Sijie Street Historical and Cultural Block, as well as major enterprises like COSCO Shipyard and Jingxin Optoelectronics, gaining firsthand insight into Chongchuan's remarkable achievements in preserving historical heritage, urban construction, and industrial development. 

"Chongchuan is both warm and vibrant; old streets harbor the flavor of daily life, while new districts are full of development momentum,"‌ said Qi Haoqian, a graduate student from Xi'an Jiaotong University. He said Chongchuan's comprehensive talent service system, covering policy support, housing security, and industry alignment, had left a deep impression on him.  

As the core brand for attracting and gathering talent in Chongchuan, the "Students Visit Chongchuan" initiative plans to conduct featured events throughout 2026, alongside a diverse array of content such as talent recruitment events and project roadshows.
